Privacy

Any information we may collect is solely for the purpose of communiction and internal marketing purposes. No 3rd party companies, unless expressly stipulated, have access to this information.

The information we gather

There are two forms of information we collect. The first is the contact form which asks for your name, email address and telephone number. These details are kept within the system for communication only when dealing with your enquiry. Any further communications not relating to the original query, such as newsletters, will not be sent unless you expressly opt-in to receive such communication.

The other information we collect is generic browsing information. We use Google Analytics for tracking people’s activity on our websites. No information personally linking you as the browser is collected and we take a holistic view to our marketing.

How we store the information we collect

eBiz Consultancy Ltd use an online Customer Relationship Management system to handle our communications, marketing, documents and client accounts. This system is fully password protected and secure. As a further preventative measure, we never store any information in the system that could be deemed personal such as disability, ethnicity or financial details like credit card numbers.
